Now that we have shown how you can download a single report that has a combined report of every single component within a single course, we can take a step further. For example, let's take this bundle. This particular bundle has its own pre-course survey and then it contains four courses within it. Let's just open that, and we can see that this bundle contains four courses that all have some learning content within it. So we can go to detail, and then we can go to progress, and then we can download the full data. Keep in mind, the idea here is, in addition to downloading a single report that contains the data for every component of a single course, with the data warehouse reporting, you can download a single report that contains the data across multiple courses. So to take the example that we had earlier, not only can we combine all the reports you download for a single course and put them in a single report, we can also do this for multiple courses and stitch those combined reports into a super combined report. Put it that way. So this process will take some time, and I'm just going to go to the queue. You can see that it is still processing. That is because as more data in the bundle you have, the more data that we have to pull from each individual course, that's why it's going to take a little bit. In addition, this ability to download the data can also be done for multi-part courses, which is what we're going to do. So for example, let's grab this multi-part course that has four child courses. What we can do is, let's just take a look. So here's all the child courses. This also has a pre-course survey, and then what we can do is we can also click on download full data. So we're going to go to the queue. So the one for the bundle is finished, so let's download that report. So keep in mind, I happen to pick a bundle whose course that's inside the bundle has very limited number of component. If I pick one that has a lot of components, then this report is going to be very, very big. But with that said, let's take a look. If I select the very top, you will see that this is the name of the bundle, but then if I just go to the right, it's the name of the first course in the bundle, and if you go to the right, it's the second course in the bundle. So as you can already see, this particular report has the detailed data for the bundle and then the detailed data for every course in the bundle. So let's just scroll to the right to take a look. I'm going to scroll to the right. This is user's progress within the bundle, and notice that the report recognized that this is the bundle. We actually give you a mini progress of what the user status is for each course inside the bundle. I'm going to scroll to the right a little bit, even include how many course in the bundle the user have completed. Now it's followed by the pre-course survey that belongs to the bundle. We're just going to move to the right one more. This is the evaluation for the bundle. I'm going to move to the right a little bit. So now you can see we officially transitioned from one color for the course to the next color, which is the first course in the bundle. So hopefully it's starting to becoming clear that every single course in the bundle, their combined report is displayed in the same Excel file. It just happened that the course in this particular bundle is not very complicated. So the number of column that we're combining is displayed here. Before we finish, one thing I did notice is that if you see a column that says is migrated, that just means that OASIS is aware that sometimes the data in the report may not be collected by OASIS, but instead is imported by a script or by an upload tool. When that is the case, the data that is reported here may not be the true data because when we migrate data and we don't have the actual detailed data, we might just randomly complete some of the data. If that's the case, is migrated, the value is going to be yes, and then you probably only want to look at the data for any migrated records, only look at the completion status instead of the actual response for questions, surveys, or evaluations. So this is the download for the bundle. I'm just going to close this and I'm going to go back to my report. See if there we go. This is the report for the multi-part course. We're going to take a look at this. You actually will be very similar to the bundle. So let's take a look. As you can see, here is a section for the multi-part course, I'm sorry, for the user detail, followed by a whole block for the parent course, and then the system recognized this is a multi-part course, so it included a status snapshot for all the child courses. Just like a bundle, it will also tell you the completion rate, number of completion for the child courses, and then this is the pre-course for the multi-part course, followed by, as you can see, the more child courses you have, the wider this ex-alpha is. This is the evaluation for the parent course. Keep going, keep going. So here, this is a credit that has been claimed at the parent level, and then followed by a big block of warehouse report, data report, for the first child, second child, third child, and fourth child. So as you can see, our new data reporting we refer to as a data warehouse reporting gives you not only one report that covers every element of a single course, it can also give you a super combined report that covers the entire bundle or the entire multi-part course. Thank you.
Video Summary
The video explains the process of downloading comprehensive reports for bundles and multi-part courses using data warehouse reporting. It details how users can access a report that includes data from multiple courses within a bundle or multi-part course, as well as pre-course surveys and evaluations. The report displays user progress, completion status, and data integrity notes, such as whether data was migrated. This enhanced reporting allows users to view detailed, combined data in a single Excel file, providing a broader overview of learning content and user engagement across the courses.
